Reputation management

Reputation management for Australian service businesses

Reputation is built in the work, then either captured or left to chance. I build the process around it: when to ask for a review, how to respond, where feedback lands and who owns the next action. The system stays compliant and gives every customer the same honest route to public feedback.

Trigger
A genuine completed customer experience
Principle
The same honest public path for every customer
Ownership
Clear response and escalation responsibility

How it works / 02

Turn good work into a consistent, honest public record.

The system supports the moment after service delivery. It does not filter unhappy customers away from Google, write fake reviews or promise a perfect rating.
  1. 01

We choose the real completion point that should trigger a review request.

  2. 02

I write an approved request with one clear public review path.

  3. 03

Responses and private feedback are routed to the right owner.

  4. 04

Review activity and response coverage are checked on a regular rhythm.

The public record / 03

Good work gets a timely ask, and every customer keeps an honest choice.

The phone and light marks are an abstract cue for one review request. They are not a rating, a client result or a claim about review volume.

SceneCompleted job to review and response

Once the job is finished, the approved message goes out. Public reviews and private feedback both reach a defined response process.

What changes

Reputation work becomes a repeatable operating habit rather than an occasional push.

Concept visual. It explains the system logic. It is not customer data, a client result or a performance claim.

Operational change / 04

Every completed job gets the same fair opportunity to speak.

  1. 01

Review requests go out at a defined point instead of when someone remembers.

  2. 02

Public responses stay calm, specific and owned by a person.

  3. 03

Negative feedback reaches the business without blocking the customer's public choice.

Fit / 06

A good system starts with an honest boundary.

Good fit

  • Businesses completing a steady flow of customer work
  • Teams that want a consistent request and response process
  • Owners prepared to address genuine service problems when they appear

Not the right fit

  • Anyone asking to buy, manufacture or suppress reviews
  • Review gating that only sends happy customers to Google
  • Businesses unwilling to respond to legitimate customer concerns

Questions / 07

What owners usually ask before this goes live.

01Do you only send happy customers to Google?

No. Customers keep an honest route to public feedback. Private feedback can still be collected, but it cannot be used to block or discourage a public review.

02Can you remove a negative review?

Only the platform can remove a review that breaches its policy. I can help document a legitimate policy issue and prepare a calm public response.

03Who writes the review responses?

I can prepare approved response patterns and routing. Sensitive replies should still be reviewed by the business owner or nominated staff member.
